Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KFZ Sachverständigenbüro Dipl.-Ing. Adam Spiczak, Braunschweiger Str. 47, 38302 Salzdahlum, Tel.: 015738696996, E-Mail: info@kfzgutachter-bs.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, which is not however mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract, refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged for this refund.

If you have requested that the services begin during the revocation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the date on which you notify us of the exercise of the right of revocation in relation to this contract, compared to the total number of services provided in the contract.
